Level 4, 5 and 6 Diploma In Tourism and Hospitality Management (awarded by OTHM, UK)
The Level 4, 5 and 6 diploma qualifications in Tourism and Hospitality Management are equivalent to Year 1, 2 and 3 (Final year) respectively of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree. Each level consists of 120 credits. Completing any of the level 4, 5 and 6 qualifications will enable learners a progression to the next level of higher education at UK universities.
Entry requirements
These qualifications are designed for learners who are typically aged 18 and above.
The entry profile for learners is likely to include at least one of the following:
- Relevant Level 3 Diploma qualification or equivalent qualification
- GCE Advanced level in 2 subjects or equivalent qualification
- Mature learners (over 21) with relevant management experience (learners must check with the admissions department regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme)
- English requirements: If a learner is not from a majority English-speaking country, they must provide evidence of English language competency.
Progression
Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management provides learners the opportunity for a wide range of academic progressions including progression to relevant Master’s degree programmes.
